Your Questions
RISE is not a mindset course in the motivational-poster sense. It is rigorous, practical, and honest. If you are a woman who wants real change and is willing to do real work, it is for you regardless of whether you've ever done anything like this before.
We suggest 30-45 minutes on the 1st of each month for your module, 15-20 minutes per weekly help sheet, and 10 minutes of daily journalling. You can do less and still benefit enormously. The more you put in, the more you will take out.
Yes. While RISE is designed to be completed sequentially, each month also stands alone. If you join in Month 3, you will receive Months 3-6 during your subscription and we will arrange access to the earlier months for you.
Yes. Nina hosts every monthly live Q&A session, reads messages sent to the community, and has personally recorded all audio content. She reads every email sent to nina@ninaaouilk.com and responds personally where possible.
